Refund policy

My promise, plainly: you pay only if you like the lyrics, and if you don’t like the song, you get your money back.

Before you pay

You read the lyrics first, for free, and we change whatever you like. If in the end you don’t want to go ahead, just tell me. You owe nothing and you don’t need to explain why.

After you pay

You get 2 free changes on the finished song, until it’s right. If you still don’t like it after the 2 changes, I refund you in full, including the €20 for the video if you chose it. No questions asked.

Please ask for the refund within 14 days of receiving your song.

How to ask

Email me at hello@studiobymaggie.com or message me on WhatsApp or Instagram, with the name and email you used to pay. I handle every refund myself, personally.

When the money arrives

The refund goes back to the same card, through Stripe. I make it within 2 business days of your message, and your bank usually shows it within 5–10 business days. If you paid by IRIS, I refund you by IRIS.

One thing I ask

If you get your money back, please don’t use the song.
